A bespoke immersive and interactive space' installation.
Enter"The Cube," an innovative interactive space seamlessly integrating movement, sound, and visuals to craft a unique experience. Participants can select from three RPG characters—the Sorceress, Space Man, or Green Giant—each with distinct abilities. Direct movement is controlled via our depth sensor camera technology.
The space boasts surprises like an interactive ball pit and a motion-activated digital particle painting feature, all controlled by depth sensor cameras for precise movements in real-time.
Furthermore, the incorporation of audio reaction technology allows users to manipulate sounds, influencing dynamic visual transformations. Northern Lights NT's very own silent cinema headphones heighten the experience, ensuring participants enjoy a high-quality sound experience while remaining isolated from external distractions.These headphones immerse participants in the rich soundscapes accompanying the interactive visuals, from ambient melodies to epic soundtracks. Every auditory aspect, from subtle whispers of wind to the rumbling of earth tremors, is delivered with precision and clarity. "The Cube" thus offers a captivating and multi-dimensional journey, stimulating and engaging all senses through motion-controlled visuals, interactive gameplay, and immersive soundscapes.
Northern Lights NT was proud to be chosen to deliver the "Major Attraction" for Geekfest 2023 by the City Of Palmerston.
THE CUBE was explicitly designed to create a unique, immersive and interactive experience, allowing many users to interact over the 5-hour event.
With three Northern Lights Nt staff, we aided and facilitated 624 unique interactive users and 1200 immersive interactions throughout the event, which had an attendance of between 4 and a thousand attendees.
