General Policy
We do not offer cash refunds for any ticket purchases. If you can no longer attend or change your mind, you’re welcome to pass your ticket on to friends or family. They must bring the original booking details (such as the confirmation email or booking reference) to gain entry.

Cancelled Screenings
If a movie screening is cancelled due to weather, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be issued a voucher to use at another session, subject to availability.

Reward Tickets
Reward tickets, including complimentary and promotional tickets, are not eligible for cash refunds. In the case of a cancelled screening, a replacement voucher may be issued at the discretion of event organisers.
